A charming Classic wooden Sloop, with very similar lines to the Blackwater Sloops. Commissioned in 1934 for a Group Captain, Built and designed by the highly regarded Shipwright G.E.Cardnell of Steeple ( the father of the Cardnell Brothers of Maylandsea) Built to Lloyds A100 standard.
2012 -2016 she underwent an extensive restoration and refit inside and out. Last surveyed in 2016. Spars and Sail not seen.

The cabin has been likened to a Tardis. It has been beautifully reworked. Mostly varnished mahogany.with a new panelled deck head.
She now boasts Hot and Cold pressurised water system, new stainless steel water tank, an emersion heater, to a single wash basin in the galley area.
A single Origo single burner spirit stove.
The cabin lighting has been converted to 12v LED lights. She has a 13amp ring main sockets shore power. 2kw inverter with change over
In the fore cabin a new Jabsco sea toilet, (unused), cleverly hidden away under the starboard side berth. A privacy door between the cabin areas. 4 x single settee berths all of a generous length. All new berth cushioning, in blue high quality velveteen upholstery.
Carvel planked mahogany planking on Oak frames. 500kg iron ballast keel.
Underwent a total refit 2012-2016. Hull was completely stripped out, her interior ( furniture and fittings restored /rebuilt. The exterior hull was completely burnt off and completely re caulked. A totally professional job is wholly evident.
Decks are Pitch Pine planked covered with marine ply epoxy sheathed and painted with nonslip finish.
A generous open aft cockpit with surround bench seating and lockers.
All the interior woodwork has been sympathetically restored, whilst also being updated to create a surprisingly spacious interior.
She has been kept under a cover and frame, ashore for the last 2 years.
The topsides require re-painting and antifouling, She would need time to take up again.
Deck fittings mostly Gunmetal bronze.
Above the engine box / doubles as a chart table and navigation station.
Navigation gauges mounted on a swing out board to be seen whilst on the helm.

Long mast of 31ft . The Boom, to my knowledge has been shortened from her early engineless sailing days.
