The current owner of over 10 years has loved and enjoyed this smart example of her type on both the Norfolk Broads and up and down the east coast. She is a very tidy little boat, that has been well looked after.

She has recent new batteries and in walking around her I found her very hard to find any meaningful faults. The type are known for the front screen corners to get damaged and this one is no different but it does not look overly difficult or a major expense to have this rectified. Other than that the boat is charming and well equipped for both river and sea work.

Her Volvo Penta TMD 40 engine start and run readily and have been regularly serviced. She has shore power fitted and battery charging.

The layout is classic of the era and all her interior woodwork appears to be in good order as does all her upholstery. She can sleep up to 6 in 2 doubles and a set of bunk beds in the wheelhouse that convert from the sofa The forward twin converts to a double and has the infill cushions.

The large aft cockpit is finished with a full width aft bench with upholstery currently stored in the forward cabin. Below the aft cockpit is an enormous lazarette compartment for storage. The wheel house can also convert to a double berth and offers stunning views and is very well equipped with an array of navigation system and includes an auto pilot.

The saloon has a convertible dinette and a well thought out galley to starboard and a good sized heads compartment with shower.

Her Broads mooring may be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina and her Broads toll is paid to March 2027.

She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate to May 2029.

She was last serviced in 2025 and antifouled in 2024.

The top roof of the boat above the helm is in need of a good clean as the vendor is not at an age where he can get up there to clean it.

This is a lot of very capable and cosy boat for the asking price.
