Description
Built in 1980. GRP construction with long keel, blue topsides (re-sprayed 2016) and white superstructure, self draining aft cockpit with tiller steering and wooden seating, transom hung rudder, GRP deck, encapsulated lead keel with built in water tank, masthead Bermudan sloop rig and 4/5 berth internal layout.

Twister 28, designed by Kim Holman and built by Uphams, "Twist Again" is a later "all GRP" version with recent topside re-spray. Her Yanmar diesel inboard was installed in 2005. Her sails look recent and her standing rigging was new in about 2015. She does require for refurbishment, particularly to her interior hence the attractive price.
MECHANICAL
Yanmar 2YM15 twin cylinder 15hp inboard diesel engine (No E00182 - new 2005). Shaft drive to fixed propeller.
ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries.
NAVIGATION
Plastimo bulkhead compass, Autohelm Bi-Data depth and log, Clipper wind speed and direction, Silva S10 DSC VHF radio, JVC FM/AM radio, GPSMap 182C chart plotter, Nav4 Navtex Pro, clock and barometer, navigation lights, tri-colour masthead light.
SAFETY
Manual bilge pump.
DECK GEAR
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, Lewmar 30 self tailing sheet winches, 2 halyard winches, Fortress FX-16 anchor with chain and warp, kedge anchor, mooring warps and fenders.
SAILS
Slab reefing mainsail with stack-pack mainsail cover. Furlex 200S genoa roller reefing system with furling No 1 Genoa. Alloy mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging (approx 2015).
DOMESTIC
Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, water supply to sink. Heads compartment with marine toilet.
