Description The Ohlson 8.8, not to be confused with the Ohlson 29, was designed by Einar Ohlson in the late 1960's as a comfortable, sea-worthy family cruising boat capable of sleeping six people. For her era, she has a high-performance hull that is easily driven to windward and proved successful at the time. 'Picaroon' has been in her current ownership for nearly 20 years and has been well maintained by her professional engineer owner. She has proved to be a very quick yacht and a delight to sail.
